St. Cecelia Cathedral is considered #17 of 74 attractions in Omaha. This is certainly one of my favorite historic buildings, and the ceiling of the building still has the original paintings throughout! Though I don’t live remotely closet St. Ceceilia, it’s always worth the trip for the public events held there…
This years Flower Festival included several first-time participants as well as designers who have been a part of the event for many years. I guess when we give or receive flowers, we don’t think of the growers, the pickers or the shippers and distributors. That too, is a part of what was celebrated at A Floral Fantasy.
I did collect a few hundred photographs! A few which may actually make into the floral art I create. From of course inexpensive posters to stretched canvas. From blank greeting cards to matching First Class Postage. And what has become one of my favorite categories, the floral coffee mug collection!
